Your specific responsibilities will include:
· Building the company's credibility and reputation with the new
territory accounts.
· Developing opportunities to quote on the Matrix product by
promoting the company's capabilities, expertise and resources.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
· 2+ years of proven sales success in the automotive finishes market.
· The ability to build relationships and credibility with customers.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency.
Territory Paint Specialist
Your specific responsibilities will include:
· Provide technical support and training to
Matrix System customers in the
proper use/application of Matrix System products.
· Provide guidance to improve customer efficiency in areas such as shop
layout, design and product application.
· Will remain current with industry trends and will also maintain and grow
existing customers.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
· Bilingual in Spanish and English.
· Demonstrated painting skills and understanding refinishing techniques and
processes required.
· Solid understanding of primary application equipment, e.g., spray guns,
spray booths, compressors, etc.
· Good understanding of technical issues at the customer level.
· Recognized ability to plan and organize experience to complete job
functions.
· Strong computer skills and proficiency.
