Each program is designed to provide employable skills needed in the refinishing industry, or to upgrade a current refinishing job. MTP-100 Basic Training Course

This one-day course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills required for entry level automotive paint technicians. Students will learn industry fundamentals such as terminology, proper refinishing techniques, paint repair and troubleshooting.

MTP-200 AccuShade Certification

This two-day course provides the refinisher with knowledge specific to the Matrix product line. Learn which Matrix products meet government environmental standards and which products are recommended for various applications.

MTP-300 Advanced OEM Color Matching Course

This two-day course provides concentrated training on the science of color theory required to consistently match OEM colors with Matrix System product. Painters will learn to adjust colors, tint, and blend panels to produce undetectable color matches. Pre-requisites: MTP-200

MTP-400 Master Painter Refinishing Course

This two-day course is designed to train and evaluate painters on their ability to perform paint repair to Matrix and OEM standards from substrate preparation to paint application on through proper finishing techniques. Pre-requisites: MTP-200, MTP-300
